Blanket Making Day

We will get together in the church basement on Saturday, February 8 to make fleece prayer blankets. You’re invited to help make a blanket, which includes cutting fringe in the fleece and/or tying knots in the fringe. Christmas Clean Up

We will take down the Christmas greens and put away the decorations after the 10 a.m. service on Sunday, January 5. Please plan to help with this task. Afterwards we can all head to the undercroft for our traditional Epiphany celebration pitch-in lunch!

Epiphany Celebration

We will celebrate the Epiphany, which is the feast day that commemorates God’s revelation of Himself to the world through the Incarnation of Jesus Christ, on Sunday, January 5, after the 10 a.m. service. Hanging of the Greens

We will decorate the sanctuary for Christmas after the 10 a.m. service on December 22. We will have a pitch-in lunch after the decorating is finished. Please join us and help decorate our church with candles and greenery, and please bring a dish to share for the pitch-in if you’d like.

Harvest Home Sunday

We will collect donations of canned and boxed non-perishable food items for Harvest Home Sunday on November 24. Our donations will be given to Shared Blessings, our local food pantry. Food items wanted include canned fruits and vegetables, soups, boxed dinners, microwave meals, jars of peanut butter and jelly, dried beans, rice,  jarred sauces, crackers,…
